What happens after the first year?
No auto-renewal. Thirty days before expiry we notify you: you can renew hosting, domain and email accounts with us, or move everything to another provider. The site is your property and we assist with the transfer.
How long does it really take?
3 business days from receiving your complete content (texts, photos, logo). The countdown starts when the shared folder is complete — that is why the content step matters most.
What do I need to provide?
Three things: your texts (notes are enough, we polish them), photos and logo, and your business details. After the call you get a dedicated shared folder to upload everything.
How does payment work?
No online payment. After the call, you confirm with a 50% deposit (€400) by bank transfer, and pay the remaining €400 only on delivery, when the site is ready and you have approved it. You receive a regular PDF invoice for both payments.
VAT: how much do I actually pay?
Prices exclude VAT. If you order as an EU business with a VIES-registered VAT number, VAT is 0% (reverse charge): you pay exactly €400 + €400. Otherwise 19% VAT applies — we are REGICODE LTD, a company based in the European Union — and we confirm the exact total on the call, in writing.
Why does it cost only €800?
Because it is a product, not a quote: defined structure, proven process, no endless meetings. It is the same team that builds custom projects worth tens of thousands of euros — applied to a standardized format.
Can I sell online with this site?
This business website presents your company, but does not include a cart or payments. If you want to sell online you need an e-commerce site: see our dedicated service.
Can I request changes?
Until publication, every change is included: texts, images and details get adjusted until the site convinces you. After publication, requests are evaluated case by case — no mandatory retainers.
